Getting Started — ForgeEcho for Ecommerce & Marketing Teams

Set up ForgeEcho in under 30 minutes—account, credits, and your first Chat → Image → Voice loop for Amazon/Shopify listings and Meta/TikTok ad creatives.

Who this guide is for

This page is for overseas ecommerce operators, DTC marketers, agencies, and solo founders who need a reliable AI creative workspace—not a one-off art toy.

You will leave with:

  1. A working account and credit balance
  2. One complete Chat → Image → Voice pass
  3. A clear map of what ForgeEcho does (and does not) replace

What ForgeEcho is

ForgeEcho is a multi-model AI creative workspace with three linked modules on one credit meter:

ModuleJobTypical output

Models currently include Nano Banana 2, Flux-family, GPT Image 2 for images, Gemini-family chat models, and natural TTS for voice. Names evolve; the pipeline stays the same.

Product boundaries (read once)

Be explicit with stakeholders so expectations stay professional:

IncludedNot included (today)
Commercial creative production for listings and adsNative text-to-video / talking-avatar generation
Reference-locked product photography workflowsGuaranteed marketplace approval (you still review policy)
Prompt Library for reusable brand blocksUnlimited free commercial stock replacement without review
Browser-only SaaS (no local GPU)On-prem / private VPC deployment

For faceless short-form video, ForgeEcho produces stills + TTS; you assemble in CapCut/Premiere. See Faceless Short Video Pipeline.

Commercial use

ForgeEcho is built for commercial creative production—Amazon/Shopify listings, Meta/TikTok ads, brand social, and agency client work.

You remain responsible for:

  • Marketplace image policies (white background, prop rules, claim accuracy)
  • Ad platform creative policies
  • Trademark / likeness / packaging rights on reference uploads
  • Final QA before publish

When in doubt, keep packaging geometry locked with a reference image and avoid inventing brand marks the model did not see.

First 30 minutes

1) Create an account (2 min)

Sign up, confirm email if required, and open the dashboard. New accounts receive trial credits so you can run Chat, Image, and Voice once before upgrading.

2) Draft in AI Chat (8 min)

Open AI Chat and paste a brief like:

I need a 1:1 Amazon main image prompt for a matte black 20oz water bottle.
Constraints: pure white background, true product color, sharp label text,
no props, no hands, commercial product photography, centered hero.
Return ONE structured prompt I can paste into an image model.

Iterate 1–2 replies until constraints are specific. Cost: 0.5 credits per reply.

Full method: AI Chat Guide and Optimize Then Generate.

3) Generate in AI Image (12 min)

Paste the winning prompt into AI Image:

  1. Model: nano-banana-fast (or current fast tier)
  2. Resolution: 1K
  3. Generate 2 variants
  4. Score against a short rubric (composition, color, label readability)
  5. Change one variable and regenerate once if needed

Promote only a clear winner to 2K for publish. Cost guide: Credit Budget & Model Selection.

4) Optional: AI Voice (8 min)

If the brief needs audio (UGC ad, Shorts hook):

  1. Ask Chat for a spoken 15–25 word hook (short sentences, no jargon stacks)
  2. Generate a 10–20 second TTS sample first
  3. Only then batch the full read

Guide: AI Voice.

5) Save the winner (2 min)

Promote the prompt (and voice script) into your Prompt Library with channel, ratio, and model notes. Next SKU becomes a field swap—not a rewrite. See Brand Visual System.

Credits & plans (buyer summary)

ActionApprox. cost
AI Chat reply0.5 credits
AI Image @ 1K / 2K / 4K3 / 4 / 8 credits
AI Voice1 credit per 500 characters

Plans are credit-based (subscription + packs). Exact pricing lives on the site pricing page; ops math lives in Credit Budget & Model Selection.

Practical rule: filter composition at 1K, lock the prompt, then spend 2K/4K on winners only.
